Description
The main secret of the SLS Group aircrete blocks popularity is their unique technical characteristics. Being light in weight with a large format, aerated concrete blocks provide sufficient strength, a high level of heat and sound insulation, excellent frost resistance, while guaranteeing high rates of construction.
SLS Group aircrete blocks are absolutely environmentally friendly and can be used in the construction of almost any facilities: administrative and office buildings, apartment buildings, summer cottages and private cottages, agricultural and household buildings.
Consumer properties (thermal conductivity, frost resistance, sound insulation) of aircrete blocks are in many ways superior to the parameters of other wall materials. At the same time, they are easy to use. There is no need to build a whole structure, with bounding the rows, as is the case of bricks. Building blocks of the required width are stacked in one row on a thin layer (2-3 mm) of adhesive cement. And their low specific weight makes it possible to avoid the use of heavy lifting equipment.
The construction of a private house from aircrete wall blocks will not cause difficulties even for people who are not experts in construction. Blocks are easily processed, sawn, polished. In addition, the material allows you to significantly save due to the affordable price of aircrete blocks per pallet and, with a sufficient thickness of the outer walls (35–40 cm), you can go without house insulation.

Trough blocks
Trough blocks are of particular importance in the construction of houses, buildings and structures from aircrete wall blocks. Aircrete trough blocks are a special structural element that greatly simplifies the arrangement of monolithic lintels over window and door openings, monolithic reinforcement straps, supports for ceiling panels and roofing systems.
Every builder knows how important a monolithic or armored belt is when building a house. It increases the spatial rigidity of the building, evenly distributes the load from the ceiling panels to the walls, and reliably holds the roof. Aircrete trough blocks (U-blocks) are best suited for the construction of an armored belt. Their use does not require additional insulation, in contrast to the timbering constructed from wood.

Blocks can also be produced with a length of 599 mm, and various densities (D400 or D500 or D600)
